Like many Personal Trainers, Kesley Dedman (Kes) decided to turn a keen interest in health and fitness into a career by becoming a Personal Trainer.
Kes is a qualified YMCA accredited Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Instructor, and also holds an Advanced CV and Resistance qualification from Cambridge Regional College. He is also a qualified First Aider and has an Advanced Nutrition and Weight Management certificate.
Kes is particularly interested in human anatomy and physiology and enjoys training clients who have a set goal, for example if they want to lose 2 stone in 3 months. That kind of challenge really motivates him to motivate his clients as he’s interested in seeing how far the human body can be pushed to achieve maximum results.
Kes says: “Like the other trainers, I love my clients and I take a real personal pride in helping them achieve their fitness goals.” Everyone is so friendly at Fitness Focus and easy to get on with. There is such a wide range of members with all different levels of fitness and ability that it means no two personal training sessions are ever the same.
